Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kuala Lumpur

Board your Vietnam Airlines flight to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your guide and transferred to the city centre.

After dinner at a local restaurant, check in to your hotel and enjoy free time to explore Kuala Lumpur at your own pace.

Day 2: Kuala Lumpur – Genting Highlands

After breakfast, begin your Malaysian sightseeing tour.

  • Batu Caves: Visit Malaysia’s famous Hindu pilgrimage site, home to the giant golden statue of Lord Murugan.
  • Continue to visit local specialty shops and duty-free outlets.
  • Visit a jewellery showroom to learn about Malaysia’s famous gemstones and the country’s national treasures.

In the afternoon, travel to Genting Highlands.

  • Ride the scenic cable car to an altitude of nearly 2,000 metres above sea level.
  • Enjoy free time exploring the entertainment complex. Guests may choose to experience amusement rides, indoor snow attractions, shopping, or try their luck at Genting Casino (optional and at your own expense).

Day 3: Kuala Lumpur – Putrajaya – Malacca – Johor Bahru

After breakfast, explore Kuala Lumpur’s major landmarks.

  • National Monument: A memorial dedicated to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for Malaysia’s independence.

  • Thean Hou Temple: One of the largest and most beautiful Chinese temples in Southeast Asia, admired for its traditional architecture, peaceful atmosphere, and panoramic city views.
